Yarn spinning mill of 3 hectares that PT Pismatek owns for Gajah Duduk sheath, located on Jalan Pantura, Pekalongan, Indonesia, plans to complete its mill with representative office. This ongoing projects aims to reinovation the old office that placed in front of the mill so that it hides the office behind. Thus, the new office design is made like a three-storey building but actually it consists of two-floors building. Building construction follows the mill building concept yet clean, simple, and modern.  

Due to the excess of sunlight that will make the employees feel uncomfortable to work, we will installing vertical fins on the building facade. Daylight coruscation at office is more important than at night. Downlight with coolday light colour is used as the general lighting when the office hours. Because this is a boutique office, then the spot light and indirect lighting are still used. Spot light and indirect lighting only use for public area to bring the elegant and welcome atmosphere. Lighting for facade and landscape is planned to make the office building show off due to the building will be eye-catching at the center of Jalan Pantura that many people pass by. Spotlight which will be used for facade will automatically change colours every minute. All the light types for the office is using low watt LED, thus will save the energy. Grouping light setting will also use the special technology that automatically adjust the light intensity according to the outside condition. Lights will be completed with voice sensor for further saving energy so the lights will turn off at the occasional use areas.
